Our return policy is as follows: NO REFUNDS on Material cut to size ,So Please make sure you double check your order before placing it ! Measure twice so we only have to cut it once! All Sales Are Final !
If we, Industrial Metal Sales Do make a mistake which is very very rare ,
we will ALWAYS fix it at our Cost. If it is a size issue or cut to length problem, or defect in the material.

By Electronicly making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms

Buyer is to pay any Authorized return shipping costs that are approved
and returns may be subject to 20% restocking fee
Also, we cannot Guarantee transit times once the order has left the Warehouse,
UPS,Fed Ex and USPS may experience Delays Due to Inclimate Weather , Etc...
this is something we cannot control, we wish we could .....
